The Devils looked to take one step closer to clinching the title as they took on a strong looking Giants lineup who had triumphed the last time the sides met.

The Giants started strongly as they jumped on Hsin-Yen Lai's pitching in the first inning to build a 3 run lead. However, the devils were able to match this in the bottom of the inning to tie the game.

The Giants looked to retake the lead in the 2nd and this looked likely after a lead off double. however some good defence including catching this runner in a run down meant that the Giants would come up empty.

The Devils travelled to Glasgow to take on GBA on an absolute scorcher of a day.

Things looked good for the Devils at they got 5 runs on the board in the first inning. The Devils drew several walks before Callum Brown capped the inning with a bases clearing single.

The Devils took on the Cannons with both teams looking to get back to winning ways.

Things started well for the Cannons as starter Jason Derr pitched well and kept the Devils offence quiet for the first two innings. He then helped his own cause by launching a mammoth 2 run homer to right field in the first inning. The Cannons would then add to their lead as rookie Ryan hit an RBI double to right field.

The Devils looked to keep their unbeaten start of the season going against a confident Giants outfit on a sunny Edinburgh day.

The Devils started well scoring 4 runs in the first two innings off Giants starter Rafa. However, they were in for a shock in the 2nd as the Giants sent a staggering 14 men to the plate. Without hitting the ball hard, hitter after hitter was able to get the ball in play and hit the ball where the fielders weren't, with a couple errors by a normally tight Devils defence not helping matters. When the third out was finally recorded the Giants were up 8-4.

A confident looking GBA travelled to edinburgh to take on the Devils in a reverse of last weeks fixture. With the Devils top two pitchers missing it looked as if the Devils unbeaten run may be under threat.

Infield stallwart Chris Wilmot stepped in to pitch for the Devils and after the first few innings it looked like there would be a repeat of the pitching duel of the previous week, as Xander picked up where he left off, keeping it tight for GBA.
